little britain pair. Chap in wheelchair with orange hair and no legs, other guy pushes him round all day, spitting image of little britain pair. They are often found train spotting at the railway station.
In Oman there is a guy who stands on a roundabout trying to hit cars with a spade all day.

Lou and Andy, whoppers those 2! There's also 'Monobrow Man' who wears thick sunglasses and, surprisingly has a monobrow. A friend of Lou and Andy he is.A tramp used to cycle around Exeter on various stolen bikes. As kids it was a legendary task to ask him where he lived. The answer: "In my pocket."
Another one used to reside around the canal, and used to dress in a Rabbi-like robe. We used to find him sleeping sometimes, so we threw stuff at him. One time he chased us with a knife!
A tad t
t-ish I suppose, but we were young. There's another one who's still alive. He walks about collecting scrap metal, wood and rubbish in a trolley. He's called the 'borrower'. Fairly friendly guy, but always stinks of piss. A lot.

There's also the guy with the mental dreadlocks piled on his head "that belonged to his dead best friend", matey with the banjo and, my favourite, the guy of about 60ish who has an action man skateboard that he uses in the high street. He is apparently unable to turn the skateboard once moving, and so has to line it up with exactly where he wants to go, by hand, before he sets off. There's also the guy that is described as "the guy that walks like this" /does impression of man walking with no spinal movement/ and everyone ALWAYS knows who you mean. I used to live downstairs from him, and he was terrifying.
