In the UK, That wiki link would've been murder, due to the effect of transferred malice, I.e: Intent to harm A, A hits B, B falls and dies. First found in R.v Mitchell (198-) where a man pushed into a post office queue, and when challenged, pushed an old man, who fell and knocked over an elderly woman who later died. the person in the middle can claim automatism if challenged over killing the person through knocking them over, but that isn't important here
