Which would you rather?

Personally, I would like a time machine. I'd go back and live the 80's, but at the age I am now. I was born in 83.

Teleporter ... Would make the commute to work a non issue and would be able to go somewhere interesting for lunch each day.

Where as the time machine would mean you could do you days work, travel back to the morning and then spend the whole day at home, while your earlier self is in the office doing work, meaning the time taken to get to the office is neither here nor their.

Or you could steal the idea from Back to the Future 2, and bet on the outcome of sporting events...

Great plan, as long as you can live without sleep and don't mind aging at twice the rate of everyone around you.

Time machine.

Then I'd go back/forward in time and move all the teleporters next to lakes/train tracks/blue oyster bar's. thumbup

Well, a time machine would also necessarily be a teleporter as well otherwise you wouldn't know where you would end up in space at the new time you have travelled to.

Why bother - go back 12 years, buy Apple shares, come back - sell, repeat until billionaire. Go back, invest in teleporter technology...

I want it all.

Time Machine -

You could have some serious fun.

Charter a boat to follow the Titanic - rescue loads of people and be a hero. Doubt you would be taken seriously if you tried to alter the ship itself as you would still be a joe noone.

Normal things - of stock/shares/betting but thats boring. Easy to make money with knowledge. The fun is doing things

Rorks Drift - turn up with some modern firepower win a VC.

Wright brothers - ha - Im sure I could bring some books and design/fly my own aircraft way before they could.

See your parents when they were young ! - no dont date your mum !

Already have time machine.
I wear it on my wrist.

It’s a perfectly calibrated machine that takes me forward in time at exactly 1 second every second.

If only I had one time machine for obvious instant riches. If everyone had them teleporter. It would be like the population incresed 10 fold if people were double shifting their days working and living it up at the same time. The idea of lunch on the algarve, work in london and house in the bahamas is appealing.
