Decapitate the Supervisor.

Drown the bigger boy.

Find out where he lives and destroy his entire family.

Its your Daughter FFS.

i would go mental at the supervisor and would expect the "boy" is given a talking to by the supervisor. are you able to stay to monitor the session, if not it may be prudent to find somewhere else to swim.

supervisor must be useless, surely they should exert some authority and send him to the naughty step

seriously, talk me out of it.

I have visions of me roaring at staff and dexking the kid and daddy.

shouldn't diplomacy play a bigger part?
I'm completely confused about what I should actually do.

Maybe post in the correct part of the forum?

Or is that down to the anger you've got at the moment? :P

Always start off nice, sometimes it works.
second stage is to be assertive.
If they are still unhelpful... go ballistic!

Go to the pool manager and report the supervisor, nicely.

Tell him you know where he lives.

Touchy?

There are ways and means to do things.

So far you have failed.

(Notice the lack of abuse?)

Why is she allowed in the deep end when she can't swim?

I blame the parents...
