A PH middle name for my daughter?

We're in the process of choosing a name for our unborn daughter.
We have a first name but are stuck on a middle name. I quite like the idea of an unusual car relate name that will fall under the mrs radar such that she will think its unique but those in the know will know.

The only one I can think of so far is Ginetta. Ideas anyone?
