I throw myself down on the mercy and knowledge of PH as I ask this question...

My daughter has a deep seated love of the film Neverending story and loves the Luckdragon "Falkor" - She's even done him a card to give to him when she sees him and loves seeing him when the DVD is showing.

Here's the tough part - She's asked for a Falkor toy for Christmas and the card, above, is to send to him to ask him to come to the house. I've done a bit of digging and I can have one made, in the US, for $150 + postage which is rather more than I want to pay for a soft toy.

Can anyone help me with sourcing this soft toy for my daughter - that is a lot less than $150 - Please?

Thanks

James

It claims to be the luck dragon from the movie - not a perfect likeness, but a lot cheaper than $150

Seems like a visit to Bavaria Filmstadt might also be of interest as they filmed Neverending story there and it looks like they have quite a few props - including a life size Falkor (I think - the website is not great, but have a Google!)

I'm sure there's a Falkor lookealike out there, Victoria Beckham perhaps? :P

I did have a look but it seems Falkor plush toys are snapped up quickly for silly money frown

I thought there was an "and" there rather than an "or" and you were about to propose some hideous surgery.
