I was in the queue and witnessed a group of lads threten a middle aged couple and then later in the day guys grabbing dirt from the flower beds and throwing it at the rides going under where they were stood. I,ve not seen a 'Broken Britain' discussion on here before so forgive me if this is covering old ground!

I had my wallet returned, still fully loaded to my door a couple of months ago. around here that just would not happern
Dropped it on a busy street. It was returned before I'd even noticed it was gone. There are still plenty of honest people in the UK.
The behaviour of 'commoners' is definitely worse in britain than most of the other countries i have been to, ( though i can hardly say that proves it conclusively).
I think the problem lies with the welfare state, simple. Too many people getting something for nothing. Too many people who are totally oblivious to the idea of needing to earn money, earn a living, earn self respect. You just dont see this in places where people have known true need. In places like that, people riot and commit crime over food, over medicines, over rights, over ideologies. Not over queue places for 'nemesis'.
Makes me sound old but i have said exactly this since I arrived here from my childhood country ( in asia ) at 18.
