Rant: Bloody scratchy labels in t-shirts!

OK, not strictly car related, but just had to get this off my chest. Why is it, when you buy a new T-shirt - that you then have to spend time cutting out the fricking "care instructions" labels that are seemingly made of the most scratchy material known to man, and then sewn in to the seam so that even if you take great care to cut the label/s out with a sharp pair of scissors, you are still left with a small spine of said material, that will continue to scratch your skin mercilessly!

They put these labels exactly where the material will rub - either on your flank/hip, or on the collar at the back of your neck.

Why!? - they can just print these instructions to the inside of the shirt, thus saving us all the ballache of these scratchy labels at a stroke!

T-shirt makers of the world - sort it out!! Rant over. Feel better now.

I tend to cut the scratchy labels out of things...

I usually tear them out in a fit of rage and leave a hole. Same goes for underwear too, label on the back to irritate the top of your crack.

Nike used to put something like 6" long labels on some of their sportswear, really annoying
