hey ho chaps, just thought i'd share with you a non motoring story i heard today.
100% true, believe it or not
apparently, about a year ago, some poor sod decided that if he lay down on the train tracks, he could bag himself some compensation. so he did. train came and chopped his left leg off, and because of some clause the national rail have in their insurance, if anyone has an accident on the tracks they are entitled to compensation. so he got £50,000 and a fake leg for his troubles.
apparently about 6 months ago, he tried the same thing, with the same leg again. except, this time, no leg choppy offy. his prosthesis got stuck in a catch by the wheel, and the poor bugger was completely run over, declared dead by the paramedics.

Are you aware of the 1st Universal Law of Bullsh*t? It basically states that any story which starts with the word 'apparently' is bullsh*t. You started two paragraphs with 'apparently'. They don't cancel each other out, either. 100% true, believe it or not
