I have had someone win an item of mine on Ebay (clothing). They immediately messaged me saying I needed to email them 'for their requests hun'. I replied saying could they pay and I don't have time for emails. They responded straight away saying 'Don't fob me off with that hun coz it's not true'. I checked the feedback they had left for others and some of it was negative- presumably to people who don't agree to their requests. Some sellers had replied to this feedback saying this person was 'disturbed'. I have reported the buyer to Ebay, and it has been acknowledged, but Ebay say they will not inform me of any action taken. Any ideas? I have not contacted the person outside of Ebay, nor do I want my feedback rating ruined by some weirdo.

Although this did happen to me... I just got aload of random stupid emails asking silly questions not even about the item, I just reported it to eBay and then made eBay pay for the re-listing of my item because they didnt deal with this person before they purchased my item (They had done it to a few people before me as you said)
Just tell eBay let them deal with it then fook them off & get it re-listed.
I must admit, this is one big reason I dont sell clothes on eBay you get some odd mother f
kers from really bad council estates trying to buy your stuff then they send you email's asking if you will send it to them for free.

Although this did happen to me... A) If they haven't paid after 4 days start a non paying bidder case. Pray that they don't pay & after another 4 days close the case, get your fees back and relist. Don't forget to put them on your blocked bidders list so you don't get them reappearing.
B) If they do pay post the item as normal but still put them on blocked bidders list.

My Mrs flogged some shoes on eBay and blokes went mad asking for pics of her wearing them and asking if they had a smell (we didn't reply as it seemed a bit weird)Got good money for them mind you.

Some of the requests he gets are beyond belief. He had a guy from Germany buy 4 pairs of his jeans for £150 a pop and then messaged him asking if he could wear them a bit, without pants. He then apologised for coming across as weird (never...) and asked if he was willing to make 'man smells' or let out some 'fluid' while wearing them....
He even offered to pay extra.
I suppose it takes all sorts....

All that. Follow ebay's process to the letter for NPB, and ignore any "requests" the buyer sends through - there is no communication required as you will be informed when they pay, and you will have their address via eBay.A) If they haven't paid after 4 days start a non paying bidder case. Take many, many pictures of item condition (datestamped) before you send.
Had it this morning! Won an electric quad bike for the kids (yeah I'm so council), got it for £21. Bargain.
Turned up and the dorris said they weren't selling the charger for it as they didn't get enough for it, cheeky cow. What am I supposed to do with an electric quad bike with no charger-buy one at Maplin was the answer.
After pointing out Maplin no longer existed, the advert didn't say no charger and that I had two very excited girls she was going to let down she relented and gave me the charger.
To be honest, I was just going to take it and scam the money back via PayPal. I might still do it just to be an arse.
I've had the perverts thing before too. I used to have loads of trainers that were really rare so I thought I'd get shot on eBay. I didn't think too much of it to begin with but I was always perplexed that the mint condition hardly worn examples used to sell for not too much money but the well worn examples flew out the door.
The penny dropped when I started getting requests for photos of them being worn, without socks. As the saying goes, it takes all sorts but whacking one off while sniffing a sweaty trainer? Bampots the lot of them.
Must admit, the thought did occur to me that buying some cheap frillies from the pound shop and selling them as worn underwear would be an easy way to some free money!
