Fun xmas games

So I guess most people are in the same boat, maybe some good ideas might come up on this thread.

I have the family over for Xmas, about 10 adults and 4 children (between 8 and 12) and need some good fun games that we can play together. Not talking about board games or the PS3 / Xbox, thinking about things that we can do in teams that are competitive but fun (you know the ones, things where you have to make things out of everyday objects, race against each other, pass things between teams etc).

Anyone got any good ideas ?
