Morning all, now the joy of Xmas has passed anyone else get a really crap present? I got a lovely v necked tank top that there is no way I will ever wear from my in-laws! Oh, and a bloody penguin hat that me and the son had to wear all day!

So, anyone else get anything they will never use?

Round the mother in laws I got a wash bag from her nan who wasn't there. Missus asked do I like it? I said I find it hard to get excited about a wash bag I receive every year when clearly no effort is put in.

Mother in laws face turns funny colour as she hands me her present. Can you guess what it is yet?

Yep. A wash bag.

My all time favourite moment was watching my brother open his lovingly wrapped present from my mum, a full car care kit including all those twiddly cleaning brushes, chamois leather , sponge, upholstery cleaner etc etc....only thing is he hadn't got round to telling her he'd written his car off going through a flood at speed the day before biggrin

A pair of grey slippers from the in-laws (I'm 33 not 73). Also got a black shirt and matching black, white and grey tie off them. They said I'm difficult to buy for. Bless smile.

Maybe.

I'd rather they made a donation to charity than waste their money. The issue I have is lack of effort. If you can't be bothered, don't.

Got a 12v battery charger, put it on a low battery to see what it was reading. All the lights lit up and then phummf, they all went out again. Check fuse and connections, nothing wrong. It's very deaded.

Sums up Christmas in 15 seconds.

Bloody Amazon. curse

I never get anything decent at Christmas, but this year was a new low. Hat, scarf and glove set which was the highlight, box of chocolates and two Lynx shower gel/deoderant sets... i'm 31.

Would have bloody loved an S2000.
