I opened a tin of baked beans at lunch - and after emptying out the contents, notice corrosion* at the bottom of the tin.

Is this normal?

  • well, it's more like discolouration of the metal.

Real corrosion can lead to botulism, as Fray Bentos found out. Very, very bad.

Balls!

Do you have access to a woman? You could always check her bean to find out if it does any damage?

At least it was beans and not peas.

Imagine having Rust In Peas on your gravestone.
