I'm giving up drinking.

In hindsight Facebook might be an easier one hehe though, I use it to keep in touch with a few people and it's also used for most coursework group communication, so tough to pull off these days.

After a couple of years of using it alot, I gave up about 3 years ago and to be honest I don't miss it. Like others, its not worth that hassle and 99% of the stuff on there wasn't interesting.

I keep in touch with my proper friends and thats what matters.

Go for it.

Do it, do it now you won't miss it. I can't imagine why anyone still uses it.

Skype?
IM?

I wonder if I could give up PH for lent? Having given up the ciggies in the New Year I'm fairly sure it is now my only addiction.

Other than internet porn obviously... smile

Amazing; do some people really think it would be challenging to not use Facebook for 6 weeks or so?
I find it impossible to be remotely interested in ever using Facebook in the first place.
