If you don't know then I'm not sure that there will be a more accurate source to find out.

Perhaps the council and some form of poll/council tax invoice.

Mortgage statements or rent receipts (delete as applicable), bills, bank statements, electoral roll, DVLA (you are required to update your driving license whenever you move house), etc.

But you surely must have some clue anyway?

I have a rough idea, but due to some "issues" at the time, record keeping wasn't my priority!

Nothing to hide, CRB won't show anything as I am (almost) a model citizen (excluding minor speeding and record keeping offences) but I don't want to jeopardize it by getting my dates wrong

How accurate do I need to be, anyone know?
