Hi I have received a letter from a friend, But I cant read the hand writing too good.

I was wondering if someone could possibly type it out for me If I scan it in?

I am sure some things in the letter are a bit personal so I dont really want to post it on a public forum but I could either post it up and censor as much as the personal info as I can make out or just email it to someone totally random and they can type it up for me.

Its about 6 pages long.

I think I will scan it and post a sample up and if you can read it and have the time and are more than willing to decipher the thing for me I will send it over.

Unless it is a suicide note or a confession, i see no excuse for scruffy handwriting, especially not in a letter between friends. Send it back and demand it be written to a higher standard.

I have to admit my hand writing is atrocious. I have no idea why, it has always been terrible, and even if I sit and very carefully try to write neatly it still looks like a five year old has put pen to paper. frown It has been pointed out that I form the letters from the bottom, rather than the top, so I shall assume I was taught that way.

I am a radiographer so I have over 20 years of experience of deciphering Dr's hieroglyphics, there is a pretty good chance I could read it.

That's a stream of consciousness, not a letter.

Dear Si,

How the devil are you? Thank you so much for going out of your way to get in touch. I got a letter off [BLANK] Duffy(?) asking my permission to let you know where I was but didn't give me your details. Well Dave is in HMP Preston, 2 Ribbleton Lane, Preston, Lancs [BLANK]. He would love to hear from you. I have my 1st interprison phonecall last night with him for 10 mins, we split up but are back together now because when he landed in Preston loads of Blackpool lads told him stuff about me working the drive stuff....

Yeah, Arbedark. Despite proving that you can decypher the handwriting he's looking for someone who can do all 6 pages.

Really...

as with all of these things, post up the six pages and someone will skim through it and give you the points you need to action.
