On a night shift? I'm on the graveyard shift at work this week, hate them personally because I finish at 9am and then have uni until 4:30pm (yaay). So anyone else up?

It's 01:40 where I am. Not on nightshift, just can't be bothered going to bed. Got sucked into this pathetic website again, for hours and hours and hours....

Used to do nights quite a lot on the rigs, always thought the worst part was switching back to dayshift.

lol this website is keeping me going all night. I get 3 days off before I start on days, but I dont like the nights, minimum wage and I'm tired through the week. Days I don't mind, finish by midnight so I get some good sleep.

Where do you work Derv? I got 6 and half hours to go, going strong for half 2, usually I'm starting to get slow at this time.

Other way round.
It is the oldest with some of it (still in use today) dating back to 1863.
The biggest is the NYC subway at over 850 miles total track length and the largest number of stations.

First night shift for over 6 years, and it's a 12 hour 6-6 jobbie.

Have spent most of the night reading the legendary threads as I've only now got one engine running, was 2 until 30 minutes ago.

It's only a one off night shift though, off tomorrow and back in at 8 on Tuesday.

nice, I was enjoying your services just the other week, Piccadilly and jubilee lines. I do think Londoners are under the impression if they smile they'll be castrated lol. Was horrible weather though in their defence

eh up a fellow engineer biggrin, I'm studying the aircraft type myself. Are you on a boat? What happened to your engine?

Nope, dry land about as far from the sea as you can get in the UK! The problem is I'm down on torque, a quick look around the engine shows a bit of oil leaking from around the compessor out hose, which is never a good thing. I'm going to have to leave it for when there are more people in the building though, health & safety you see smile

Aircraft engineer...sort of explains you username!

well it was supposed to be Air Wolf after the TV series but apparently that was taken. But you have just given me a superb idea for my aircraft related business Wolf Air biggrin, I could be just waffling given the time.
