Today it is no clearer other than my Brother in Law got one too. Mother in Law is in Cape Town for the Winter and thought we would appreciate a whole leg of Serrano Ham. If anyone has any ideas what I should do with 7 kilos of ham please let me know
Weird. I also go a whopping big leg of serano, with some knives and a stand. Love the stuff and it will last. Look up some instructions on how to cut it.
