office seat - motorsport inspired !! ?

Hi Guys,

need a new office seat...... thinking of one of those motorsport inspired seats you see advertised...

has anyone got one they recommend ? normal office seats can be tried in the usual office furniture places... just not sure how the Motorsport ones stack up ??

I bought some Sparco seat runners from this chap, who just happened to have a very shiny Noble sat around which was a good talking point. They do office chairs and stuff

Be worth having a chat with them on what you're thinking of doing, bucket seats are cool, but I'm not sure I'd want to be sat in a skinny one for up to 8hrs at a time. Something comfortable would be high up on my list of wants, and wide'ish (I tend to sit with one leg folder under the other on chairs)

There are loads of lightly used Motorsport seats available to buy - because the authorities have brought in regulations which means seats have expiry dates, in some forms of Motorsport.

Most seat manufacturers make an office chair base to fit - eg Cobra.

In fact, as it happens I have a lightly used cobra rally seat you could buy? The office chair base is only about £80 or so.....
