APC Parcels tracking Captcha Codes - seriously WRF

So I get quite a lot deliver by APC overnight, for my parcel deliveries.

Recently they implemented another level of security to track your parcels.

So my failure rate to track my parcels is about >95%

Why are these so hard to read?

Here are some examples of the package I am expecting tomorrow!

I have tried 7 different new codes, each one more difficult to read, hence I can't track my parcel!

My point exactly,you are wrong on two of those!

The first one is actually a lower case v.

The second one is actually a D.

The reason I know? Tried them and it tells me your code is correct nut has expired due to multiple attempts to enter the code!

That's what is making me mad!

Agree these are st - I am seeing them all the time. I get that they have to be hard so that OCR doesn't work, but it's pointless if 95% of humans can't read 'em either. I once tried getting the audio version - that's even funnier, there is a woman reading 'em in a muffled voice, drowned out by background noise.
