Just wondered if anyone was experiencing this / knows who's calling..
I'm getting several calls a day every few days or so from an unknown number all ending in 047. O2 recently added a text notification which lets you know who you have had a missed call from, even though I can see in the call list - go figure?!.. anyway, using this every blabla047 call I miss I get the text notification saying I've missed a call from 01618149116 so all the blabla047 calls seem to be coming from the same place. Tried call the 0161 number to find out who (not from my mobile just in case) and it just rings.
Now as a rule I never answer calls on my mobile if I don't have it in my contact list and I have registered my number in the call preference list to try and stop 'marketing' calls.. I can only assume this is some sort of scam / marketing thing.. anyone else getting these / know anything about it?..
