Hello, My partner had a minor incident today while passing a Pentland home building site, We have written a statement that we would like to address to management at Pentland Homes.

The website has a info@ address, but we would like to address this a senior person. (we have the site manager and H&S Manager email already)

Does anyone have a contact there?

Thanks in anticipation guys!

It's a group. That is the CEO of the Group "GallifordTry" which includes Pentland, which seems just to be one of their sub-brands.

HTH.

A very minor incident that could cause someone injury. We wish to bring it to their attention

Please say it was a wolf whistle and your partner's a black belt!

Ha ha! No. Something fell on to the footpath/partners head.

I also can't see an email address entry for that though...

My post did. It's a group. The group CEO is listed.

I prefer email as it keeps a record, " email was sent at 11:37 am on this date" etc.

Youve got the site managers details, and the h&s managers details but that's not enough for a minor incident?

If it's that important, send it via recorded post.

Or you could ring their office, tell them about the incident and insist that they give you an e-mail address to send a message to.

They are very local to me, and, in my experience, are a decent company.
