Was just reading about the dead Whales that died and all the comments about man killing them and how horrible humans are, humans do some pretty stty stuff but why do people always feel the need to slag ourselves off, I personally have not killed any Whales, its always the same with anything with nature, sometimes stuff just dies and it isnt anyones fault.

They just suck at evolution.
It's not my fault they decided to wander back into the sea.

You can have dead whales, or whales that died, but not both.

i think it was bang out of order the people who painted slogans on the dead whales

how would they like it if I painted slogans on one of their relatives ?

whales are wonderful animals, sad they died, but its not the first or last time they die

I do wonder why these animals are beaching themselves. Is it like the last of the Brazilian rainforest tribes walking out of the jungle because there is simply no food left?

Anyway, we haven't been here long and we'll be gone soon enough. Not that the rest of the animal kingdom is lacking in violence and death, but we humans do have to accept all the blame for greed, war, and Mariah Carey.

The neighbour's cat.

Little walks around our garden like he owns the place.

Can anyone remember going to a zoo that didn't make a point of telling you how mankind is endangering lots of animal species?

It would be like Beaulieu Motor Museum ramming global warming down your neck.

Sperm whales cannot feed in the North Sea - not sure if it's a depth issue or a fauna issue but either way, they got lost and starved. These 5 were a bachelor pod, not juveniles but youngish by whale standards.

Sperm whales are doing pretty well population wise, it's definitely not a 'no food left' problem in general, just this lot got very very unlucky.

If you find this stuff interesting check out the british divers marine life rescue and/or the irish whale and dolphin group.

I love the arrogance of man.

Some whales are dead. Must have been us, nothing else could kill them.

How are we sure that they didn't meet some double hard nutter jellyfish? a really aggressive pack of whelks? Conversation with the Dolphin equivalent of Russel Brand and they agreed "we don't want to live in this ocean any more"?

Good point.

It's the same for me, although the one I like the least appears to be a silicon based lifeform bred from intergalactic toilet scum salvaged from the Roswell crash. It's the only way to explain his grey appearance & utter lack of interpersonal skills.

No, no, no, no, no. nono

Cats yes, we'll have cats. They kill just for fun, that's evil. yes

But let's face it, compared to humans animals are pretty vice free.

There's monkeys that intentionally get drunk on fermenting fruit, then act like violent nutters.
There's wasps in general.

It's not just humans and cats with a bad streak...
