What's going on, every girl I see these days seems to have gone to town on their eyebrows. It seems the 'look' is to have thick eyebrows, many obviously painted on.

They look like slices of bacon over each eye.

This sort of thing

I know a girl who has tattoo'd eyebrows. I presume this is now a thing.

My girlfriend has made noises about getting this done. I have said she is entitled to do whatever she wishes however I will leave her if she does.

It's ridiculous what people will do to their appearance in the name of fashion.

It's not just women, either. How many men do you see these days wearing spray-on ball-crushing jeans, or suits two sizes too small for them?

Tattoos are a particularly special case though, people getting things done to follow the latest fashion that are permanent so they're screwed when fashion inevitably changes...

It's convenience, not fashion. They have the hair removed via electrolysis and then then a thin eyebrow tattooed instead - zero maintenance thereafter. I reckon it makes a lot of sense and knowing a girl who's done it, it looks good.

If a fashion website/magazine told women to smear themselves in st they'd do it. This is much the same.

I think it looks utterly ridiculous. Just how much maintenance do eyebrows need?

What are all these women going to do when "Cara" falls out of fashion or gets too old to be a top model? You know, like next week.

Jokingly, I was going to suggest a goatee tattoo, but of course it's already been done.
