You would think, wouldn't you, that with all the marvellous education available to the whole of British society that journalists would know the difference between Astrology and Astronomy.

But no. Katie Melua was part of the "Astrology Club" at her school apparently.

It's depressing that these people exist and are writing for what once was a respected national broadsheet newspaper.

I wouldn't wipe my arse with the DT these days.

I imagine they're just about getting over the trauma of their error, and will be issuing a correction any year now.

I'm surprised Simon Singh didn't correct them, given his eagerness to correct Katie Melua.

Yeah. The DT has been getting crappier for more than a decade. The more recent howlers are even worse. Given up on it, largely, now.
