Don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but have seen a lot about ebay here.

I sold some items (2 chairs) with the auction ending last Sunday and purchaser paid via paypal straight away and requested collection details which I sent.

I have sent 3 emails to the buyer with no response, my question is what do I do now do they have a time limit to collect before I can sell them, do I have to refund them, and ebay are not clear helpful.

Easter holiday? If they have paid then give them time, & yes, if you want to relist them you would have to refund them!

A bit late now but one for the future - never accept Paypal for collection only items as it offers you no protection. They pay by Paypal, collect item, raise a dispute that the item has not been delivered, on the basis you don't have proof of delivery (a requirement for Paypal), Paypal will then refund the buyer your money. For collection items you should only accept cash on collection.

Had somebody pay for a leather armchair a few years ago after repeatedly chasing her. She never collected it so it's still sat in my study, still in my way. Really must get around to 'selling' it again, don't need to worry what it goes for this time!

Do ebay have a time limit for collection before you can re advertise.

I have still not been able to contact buyer.

It's 180 days before the buyer loses the right to claim their money back via paypal biggrin

If you don't want to wait you could cancel the transaction. eBay will send a message to the buyer asking 'Do you wish to cancel?' and even if they don't reply, it will be canelled automatically after a few days.

Ot you could just refund his money via Paypal and tell him you've got tired of waiting. If he's had his money back (official Paypal refund) he can't moan.
