Girlfriend is in charge of organising a mates hen party later this year. But she's unimaginative and lazy so wants ideas from you lot (after I answered that I'd used ph for "stag party idea")

Group of 10 ish, age 27 (bride) up to 50 (mum of)

I've prepared her for the typical ph responses.

Whittlebury Hall for a spa day with evening entertainment. Lots of hens there when we went last week.

Is everyone from the same locale or is it a case of joining up in one location from all over the UK?

Depends on the bride-to-be. Is she vacuous or does she have interests in life (ie doesn't just watch Eastenders at night or go out on the piss)?

More sporty ladies might prefer some kind of sports event (with a bit of drinking involved afterwards).

Make sure it's expensive so her less well off mates feel uncomfortable about going

Christ, you've got some bottle posting this on here, OP!

Anyhow, I'd concur with WinstonWolf. Mrs bomma went to a similar party last year, excellent 'Do' smile

This last one step daughter went to mother hired a 6 bed house for the weekend.

They arrived fri night to a take away, sat morning they went swimming.......

Sat afternoon they made felt badges (I st you not)

Sat night they went in town, (the same town they all come from)

Home for 11pm Mothers orders as she was in charge of the house theyd rented.

Basically daughter paid out around a £100 to sleep in someone elses house 3.6 miles away from our house,

had a takeaway, went in to town drinkin that she can do any weekend and lets not forget the felt badges.

OP quite a few of the last stag weekends ive heard about of been on have been Benidorm,

Cheap weekender bit of drink bit of sun etc.

11pm. WTF.

Felt badges - well, maybe she's into that kind of thing? I mean there is a shop near where I live that allows kids to have cupcake parties. It's a children's party where they... make cupcakes. What a fking boring party.

With a primark-pink cowboy hat, a way too tight mini dress and a matching primark-pink sash declaring "Beware Hen on the loose"

Some areas are like Blackpool but warmer. Lots of stag and hen parties staggering around in fancy dress.

Exactly, I think the mother had to much influence and didn't let them get up to any mischief with the bride.

Not like the wedding was a week away IIRC it was 6/7 weeks.

Cotty, id rather it be Benidorm than Blackpool, but I agree and possibly think that Beni is goin to just end up as bad as Blackpool.

I've got a bow tie somewhere and I'm sure I could rustle up some baby oil.
I can't do Thursdays.
