Useless energy company

Morning all, any input welcome on the following matter.....

I was going to type loads of history here about how much a bunch if useless tts extra energy are however I will spare you that and get to the point.

I have terminated my agreement with them in line with the T&C's, no issues there. They owed me £150 and after much faff they have paid me....twice.

What recourse do they have to claim half of this money back from me?

It's not your money. It needs to go back.

If it was a genuine mistake without the faff Pay back straight away.

Mistake with FaFF let them do the running around.

It's not your money so don't spend it, but I'd be waiting for them to ask for it back.

The last thing you want is to pro-actively pay it back to them at the same time they notice the error and charge it back automatically. Then you'll be out the whole £300 and have to get the original payment sent.

Stick it in a savings account. Interest = free money!

You might make as much as 12p before they ask for it back.
