Scroll down a bit through the photos and it begins to look as though just about anything goes; from t-shirts, (and unsurprisingly) polo shirts, to sports jacket or blazer with/without tie.

IF you want to really fit in with the polo lot wear whatever the f
k you want they will all get sloshed, coked up, head to the Belve, brickies or Sun for more drinks before they then go for a further bender at someones farm and then drive home after a few more bottles so they can do it again the next day.
If you want to fit in with the spectators go as a stereotypical upper class numpty, under no circumstances drink lager.
I hope this helps.
Do not wear white jeans and a polo shirt unless you were playing in the match.
Seriously, if you are staying for any after events then check the guards dress code (smart cas, shirt, blazer, trousers, shoes), if you will not be in the club house then decent jeans, shoes and a polo/rugby style top is ok.
