I've recently had a bit of a car shuffle/registration plate changes, I've received a number of V5C documents and they all have a musty smell about them...

Do they keep the stationary next to the potato sacks in Swansea...?

Anybody else found the same?

Are you sure it isnt the brown envlope it came in that stinks? Some brown envelopes stink of vomit.... No idea why....
I had a load of car docs arrive and noticed the office was stinking.... It was the envelopes.

Is this a perversion of yours, smelling logbooks, I'm open minded, but that takes the biscuit.

Out of interest, how long did it take to get your retention docs and V5C back from the DVLA?

The biscuit is an entirely different sexual perversion. Usually practiced by public school rugby players.

A couple of days? I used the online service for both.

Just a shame they smell of spuds!

I always quite liked the smell of freshly unsealed video games or DVDs / Blurays.

Think it harks back to when I was a kid, I'd save up for months to afford one PC game. The smell, plus the instructions detailing all the in game featured and artefacts etc. Plus the excitement as to whether it would or wouldn't work...

Bit OT but still.
