Display cabinet inspiration

Have just got 4 display cabinets with are about 30cm tall by 15cm wide.
Looking for inspiration to what to put in them.

Obviously I'm going to get suggestions of dildos and sex toys....

Would be more interested in some design classics.
My thoughts of cambells soup cans didn't go down to well.

A dog taking a poop is a good start.

but for case like that, I reckon some taxidermy. But something different like a squirrel riding an otter or this

I have no idea what the rest of your place is like, but, taxidermy is getting to be a bit passé. Are you going for elegant or quirky? How about a colllection of skulls, or poison bottles, or odd scientific instruments.

Why buy them if nothing to put in ? Collections normally start the other way round

How about some classic stop watches ? Saw a nice collection recently.

Oldandslow quoted my post but was referring to gtidriver's post.

I made a quip about gtidriver's knives being glued to the shelves because the picture was on it's side - and the fact that Oldandslow quoted gtidriver's post led me to believe he had missed the point.

I don't need to explain any more surely?
