Can I ask my personal trainer to do my training naked?

Just wondered as to the legalities of the above, there would be no touching or anything. I'd never ask but its a thought that had crossed my mind a few times.

Privacy of own home, all parties consensual.

To be honest this is what I thought. Any legalities over paying more? I think about things too much I think.
