Ok...
Tight git here....
Got a £20 amazon voucher on my account... (woo me)
I have been looking at some new running headphones... be nice if they were not going to tangle up whenever I got them out of the draw.. and sound, well i'll be running so they don't have to be perfect...
Any ideas?
Or any other REAL bargains I should consider instead?

I wear headphones while out hill walking with the dog and they often get snagged etc so dont tend to last too long. No need to spend £20!

Might tangle and fall out... but a good suggestion especially at that price and make. Thank you.SAMSUNG EO-EG920BW 3.5 mm Jack In Ear Handsfree Stereo Headphones with Remote and Microphone - White https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0179999VA/ref=cm_sw_r...
I have the predecessor to these
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sennheiser-MX-686G-Sports...
Sound is by Sennheiser so you know it's half decent. (think its the same internals as the 300ii) They don't seem to tangle too much and they have the clip to attach to your top so it reduces the risk of them pulling out of your ears as you move. They are also more sweat proof than normal versions and can be rinsed under a tap.
(check the connection as some are ipod/galaxy/etc )

For running I use "JVC flats". Well within budget and with a sound quality way above their price range.
All colours available, e.g.

Good thread, since my headphone cupboard has become a scene of mass suicide this week with 3 failures..
Three!? What have you been doing to them? The only headphones I've ever had which have died were 99p from Tesco, picked up on the way to Devon, so I hope you haven't paid more than a fiver for your deceased pairs.
above budget by a bit, but these have been surprisingly good for running and never tangle or fall out, bass is something too!

You get periods like that... bloody things! Thanks all for the suggestions.. i'll be looking at them now! Even Nerf guns... is it better to shoot at someone who can shoot back though?
I'm in a similar situation at the moment but am looking for a Bluetooth speaker instead - I only mention this because I think I've settled on a TaoTronics one and they do some Bluetooth sports headphones that appear to be OK for £20:

i use the old version of these

the sound quality is good. not fantastic, but very good. where they excel is they do not move. they have never ever fallen out of my ears. no adjustment needed. no matter what you're doing, they stay there. the bluetooth has never dropped out either
