Ebay return item confusion

Anyone done this before? I bought a "fully refurbished" phone from an ebay seller and a mangled old phone turned up.
I requested a return and they did not argue and accepted the return all good so far.

A day later I get a message from ebay saying the seller has sent a return label and I need to print it off.

I have now spent the best part of 2 hours looking how to do this and for the life of me I cant find it.

I have googled it and all I keep getting is info for sellers not buyers?!

Anyone?! Am I being proper thick?

No just keeps taking me round in circles.
I just sent it back myself as was in the PO at lunch, not messing about for a couple of quid.
