15:15 in Nottingham.

Street lights on outside already, car headlights on. I don't recall it even getting light today?

Winter is well and truly here.

This is the first sustained rain we've had this year, believe it or not, and we've found the old chimney which has been closed off and the inglenook is leaking dark brown water.

Our landlords are ace so hopefully they'll sort it once the weather calms down a bit.

Finally brightening up a bit here (Gloucestershire) just in time for it to get dark. Cold and wet, looking forward to going out running tonight (not).

Sun came out for 5 mins here in the West End. And then it rained and went all gloomy again.

Come up to Aberdeen!
Bright blue sky, some small clouds on the horizon have a brilliant sunrise this morning, missed the sunset, but still cannot see any clouds now!

Or, as another PHer Get Carter says in the way of pics :-

(goes back into hiding as people will not that comment)

Not sure what you lot are complaining about? We have 1 week left of sun and then it's 2 months or so of not having the sun rise again! So stop showing off with your 2 hours of sun! madtongue out

There's nothing resembling that above Thurmaston (north Leicester)

I hate this time of the year with the dark mornings and dark nights. Roll on spring. It will be here before we know it.
