Photoshop request. Diego Costa doll.

I would really appreciate it if you could manipulate some pixels around this photograph.
Here's a photo of a stuffed doll representing Chelsea striker Diego Costa. The doll was a christmas present, from Mrs Blib to me. I don't like Chelsea much. Nor do I like Diego Costa. Mrs B. Likes Diego Costa a lot. She even sings a little ditty about him to me, just because it annoys me. Mrs B. thinks this present is absolutely hilarious. She is very pleased with herself.
I'd like to show her the error of her ways. To this end, I thought that a series of photos, depicting Dolly Diego in life threatening situations may do the trick.
Things such as being eaten by a Great White, run down by a train or stranded in the fast lane of a motorway. That sort of thing.
As I'm a powerfully built, goateed company director, I've never got to grips with photoshop. But, over the years, I've seen dozens of wonderfully creative efforts here on PH. I'm hoping that you could do similar wonders for me.
All I can offer in payment is my gratitude. But, rest assured, your efforts will be used to great effect.
