New year/ birthday honours

[john2443]

Does anyone know anything about an upgrade to an honour, eg _BE to Knighthood?

I understand you do another nomination, but would there be an expected time lapse before trying to get someone upgraded? can you get it for doing the same thing but bigger and better? do they need to do something different? I did the nomination for someone the _BE and people are asking me about knighthood.

Thanks

(Pls don't give me link to gov.uk, I know where that is!)
