Over the last week or so, several irregularities have occurred that haven't happened before even when the Queen has been unwell.
The Christmas speech was recorded mid December first of all, first time it has been recorded that far back.
She travelled by helicopter to her other estate rather than by train.
And now the news has stated wether she will do participate in New Year's Day traditions.
When the Queen mother died it was a few days before the public knew.
There has been, admittedly rumours, speculation that her death would be hidden to prevent any instability to the UK.
And I know without giving any more information it can't be held as a good source, but without saying too much a family member who is a member of the wider staff of the Royals has said there has been a lot of strange irregularities over the last few weeks over vehicles leaving and entering and close family and staff only being allowed within certain parts of the grounds and palace. Again, been told a bit more than that but don't want to say more purely because it is even rumours and unconfirmed by his own admission.

Looked into it a bit and twitter is alive with speculation which is only what I have here tbh, but still a lot of interest around it. Considering her age and health it completely plausible.
