DM used it today to refer to "generation Snowflake". Basically anyone who has a problem which you don't share thinks they're a beautiful and unique snowflake and the solution is that they should Man Up.

Its such an interesting analogy, on the one hand its levelled as an insult to the fragile and how they so easily melt, but when you really think about snowflakes, individually weak and fragile but having survived such adverse conditions to fall to ground as unique and beautiful well umm snowflakes, which then causes chaos to civilisation, release a lot of them in an avalanche at your peril or how with enough of them they form ice and glaciers which literally shape the world and are one of the most powerful forces of nature.

Beware of the snowflake.
