Scam or creepy Valenines card from China!

My most surreal mail ever, either an elaborate and creepy valentine or a scam, basically I was sent a romantic themed completely blank postcard, recorded delivery in an envelope from China, and no before you ask I haven't been subscribing to mail order brides!!

My thoughts are a creepy valentines card or some sort of scam that gives confirmation of my address and name to some hackers in China?????

Have you ordered anything which may come from China?
The card could be to provide the sender with a tracking number and a record of delivery for the ordered item which they will never send.
