It might be interesting to have a thread about those once famous or infamous people who took centre stage in the media spotlight either briefly or after some time.

Duffy tried a come-back last year (sorry year before) with a song and short appearence in 'Legand' but it didn't amount to much.

What the hell happened to Mike Myers? I got sucked into watching Austin Powers 3 at the weekend (it's still funny) - he's not done a thing this decade so far bar some Shrek straight to DVD spin-offs.

On a similar vein to Duffy what happened to Dido? She made pots of cash in a very short time so I imagine she's living a very comfortable life but she just disappeared too.

Erika Roe, of Twickenham fame, was on Bear Grylls's 'The Island' last year. She was very down to earth and motherly.

Koo Stark was at a Peter Sellers photography exhibition about a year ago which I went to. Would never have recognised her if she hadn't said who she was.

She got a mention in a round of the quiz Pointless this week.

She has 2 albums near the top of the Top 50 albums of the new millennium ,so probably doing as you say.

ETA....Wiki says she released 4th studio album in 2013 ,which reached top 5 in UK....who knew ?
