My opinion is, I really couldn't care less, it was quite a funny screw up but no one I know really cares at all.

Is it because the news is reported by people interested and fascinated by shoebox and the media that they think the general public should care about this, because it's part of their line of work. I don't car who plumber of the year or investor of the year is either, and couldn't care less if there's a fk up on an award ceremony for the.

Believe it or not, what you are interested in isn't necessarily the worlds point of view. You aren't the appointed spokesman for the 'general public' as you put it.

Nauseating load of tripe and the hero worship showered on all those luvvies is one of the greatest mysteries of all time.

I really can't see how anybody can get worked up about a few luvvies deciding who did the best luvvie job of the year.

The awards missed out the best actor, the bloke that plays Trump is brilliant, you never see him out of character, makes Ali G / Borat / S B Cohen look like an amateur
