Ebay - buyer cancelling

I have sold an item on ebay, £2k.

The buyer has said he does not want the item.

Ebay will want their 10% so I am not happy. Buyer has said if I just go on to the listing and press cancel order then select buyer did not want item ebay wont charge me.

Before I end up £200 out of pocket can anyone confirm this is the case?

yes cancel order get fees back.

Yes. Easy to do. Buyer just has to agree, and if he doesn't repondmyou will still be able to get you fees cancelled.
