I just wanted to check with the masses...if you are wanting to return an item, and the seller just gives an address and doesn't "accept" the return, I shouldn't send?
eBay says that the seller should get back to me. I've messaged again and I'm getting the same copy and pasted response with their address.
Many thanks!

Is it a big seller?
If you are returning it because you decided you didn't want it, and not because it is faulty for example, they might be going down this route to avoid paying return postage (which is fair enough).
If you're not happy then don't send it, but they don't really gain anything by ignoring you (or the return) as sooner or later it will get passed on to eBay who will most likely refund you anyway. It is in their best interests to engage you and resolve the problem.
Another option is to find a contact number for the seller, which you may be able to see in the returns section - or within the listing if they are a business.
