A call to all Phers

Without going into any details I have recently found out that a very good mate and fellow PH user is not feeling too well. To that end could I ask everybody that reads this to kindly send their best wishes to him, lets just call him Saul (not real name)!
Sorry for the lack of info but I do know that it would mean the world to him in his time of need, please just pass on a short message to somebody you have never met to brighten their day.
