e-bay and paypal question

I have also posted this in the computer section but here might get a bit more "Traction", for those who hate wordspeak like that

I'm looking for some advice here and hope someone can help.
MrsDWS has received two e-mails from e-bay and paypal advising that two shipments have been despatched to her. Both costing USD 75 and both from China. Neither of which she has ordered. Before anyone says "Yeah right!". I know she wouldn't have ordered an oil painting and two temperature sensors of some kind, they are not something that would/will be any use to us.

She only ever buys anything on Pay pall as a "Guest" and can count the number of purchases on one hand. It's not a thing we use.

She has spoken to the bank and cancelled the VISA card and tried to lodge an issue with both e-bay and pay pal but don't seem to be getting any response. The phone numbers that are given all seem to lead you around in circles! No human ever answers.

Also today we received a small package, again from china addressed to her at our home address together with our phone number on it. It contained six coloured beads! Bizarre! They are valued at USD 5 but this amount hasn't been taken off the VISA card. Again she hasn't ordered them.

Anyone any idea what is going on?
