My OH was hoovering the stairs the other week, I was in a rush to catch a train so barged past.

She wasn't happy.

I live in a townhouse, loads of stairs. The cats always dominate the stairs when I'm walking down with a tray full of dishes or something similar. One day they'll get me!

I live on the 9th floor, last time I tried to dominate the stairs I had two heart attacks and a stroke

You are doing it wrong, you need to dominate the lift.

Slightly OT

But after being car jacked a mate's Dad put wrought iron "railing" around the landing stairwell with an iron gate at the top of the stairs - because he couldn't sleep.

My dog dominates the stairs. Burglars and betas can tell he can handle himself. He’s the alpha dog.

He lies there dominating them, like a boss.

Apparently the reason they are called bungalows is when they were building a house the owner ran out of money , so he said to the builder "Bung a low roof on it"

That's some impressive dedication to this thread.

Dominating your own stairs is for chavs anyway, if you’re dominating your staircase, you must live in a dodgy area and have robbers in your house, or have a wife that’s trying to fight you (on the stairs) both of which is very council.

What about dominating other spaces? Do you dominate both arm rests on an aircraft? Even in business class where it’s harder to controll a larger area? Can you dominate the pavement or even a whole room with your, dominating dominance. Do you adopt dominating stances in bars so the opposite sex know you’re powerful. Do you sit with your legs open letting your power flow from your crotch.

My wife dominates the bed, even though she’s little, she kicks and defends her space in her sleep. Obviously I could dominate the bed if I wanted but my power is non existent more subtle in it’s alpha dominating
