Busker (with a PA system) outside office....

I'm working in Manchester city centre and theres a busker outside the office with a full on PA system driving both the guitar and vocals.

I'm on the seventh floor and can here the drone of it clearly and distractingly.

Theres offices all round here however its a thoroughfare where she is so no doubt she has twigged this.

Is that legal or should the police move her on?
