My neighbours partner does. It goes something like this to the Husband and kids, every day.

We are the neighbours in this situation.

Boob and Dervla we call them. She gets pissed and screams and wails at him. In truth, it's clear they're dysfunctional as a couple and that she needs professional help in exorcising whatever demonic voices she attempts to silence by her libatious self-medication. In less serious truth, it provides a great evening's entertainment. We move next week. I shall miss them terribly.
