I want to cause a "Twitter storm" or a Youtube to "Go viral"

[Thankyou4calling]

I don't actually, in fact I don't access either but,

Is there a generally accepted number of re tweets that counts as "A storm" a number of YT hits that means it's gone viral.

Just inquisitive?

I’d say a lot more than that, possibly +1,000,000.
